Spring!

Spring has sprung, so all of the grandkids got together to play over the weekend. And we had nice weather to do so, too.

"Spring is here!" says Hayley. Look, flowers are coming up!

Last Snow (We Hope)

It's April and this week we got what we hope is our last snow of the season. Never can tell, however.

Collin and Hayley got in some good snow time on our backyard hill.

A few days after the snowfall there was still a big, ugly, dirty pile of the stuff in the island in the middle of our court.

At the Park

We got a little bit of spring before the last April snow, so the kids hit the playground at Collin's elementary school.

Como Conservatory

With the weather starting to warm up (but still not quite spring, not yet), we took Collin and Hayley to the Como Park Conservatory to see some flowers and greenery.

Gotta stop and smell the tulips.

On our way in and out of the conservatory, we passed these two large owls, which were drawing a lot of attention from photographers and folks with binoculars. You can see why.

Last Snow
