Four Grandkids at the Museum

On Friday Mike, Laura, Collin, and Hayley met Kristi, Tof, Alethia, and Judah for a fun morning at the Minnesota Children's Museum, which is fast becoming our favorite place. The four grandkids had a great time!

Hayley's Birthday

Happy birthday to four year-old Hayley! Here are some pics from her birthday itself and her birthday part on Sunday.

New Bikes!

Believe it or not, but both Collin (age 5) and Hayley (turns 4 next week) are both old enough to ride bikes. (With training wheels, of course.) We gave them a Memorial Weekend surprise by buying them both new bicycles -- Collin has a green Hot Wheels bike and Hayley a pink Disney princess one. They also got cool bike gear, including a dinosaur helmet for Collin and a unicorn helmet for Hayley (complete with ears and a horn). And guess what -- they're both motoring around like they've been two-wheeling all their lives. As Collin said, "I'm very proud of my new bike!"

Preschool Graduation

Grandkids Collin and Alethia graduated from preschool this week. They both did very well at school this year, had lots of fun, made lots of friends, and learned a lot. We are all quite proud of them.
